A journey of 30 years has taken me through various roles in multinational corporations in the FMCG and retail area, all the time working as a "builder". We built teams, motivated people and together with them we built and implemented methodologies that generated tens and hundreds of millions of euros. We have supported brands at the beginning of their journey to enter international markets, and we have helped established brands to inspire a new vibe in their products and communication. The feedback I constantly get from everyone I work with is that I manage to humanize the growth process of people and brands, and generate spectacular transformations without feelings of frustration, impossible goals and difficult routines.
